Pottstown Residents Directory is a privately run reference that describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relevant to Pottstown, Pennsylvania. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with Pottstown Borough, Montgomery County, a court, a library, or another custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service or information reached through it to:

Public-record access questions are governed by the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101–67.3104, where it applies to the public agency and record at issue. The statute does not change the service into a government office or override confidential-record laws.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
